Reiki Master, Craniosacral Therapist,
Sound and Meditation Guide

          My incredible journey has guided me to offer quantum energy medicine and intuitive guidance to souls who are ready to remember who they are. I strive to share the golden Truth of the natural world and activate every person's innate gifts.​

          Throughout the years, my intuition and psychic gifts gradually opened as I began sensing energy, seeing auras, and gaining a deeper ‘knowing’. I began working with the energies in my life; the powers of energy healing calling me to give love and frequencies of well-being to friends and family, plants, and animals.

          This evolution also came with my own inner healing work, releasing feelings of unworthiness and traumatic memories so I could fully begin to embody the lighter frequencies of healing and hold this peaceful state daily. I fully feel embodied in my power, my passion, and my gifts after years.

           I began feeling called to share my experiences, learn more about energy healing, and even practice Reiki as a career. This course of spiritual growth led me to pursue an education for Energy Medicine. After moving from the Ozark Mountains in Northwest Arkansas, I’ve made Dallas, TX my home for the past three years.

           During this time, I received my Reiki Master training and attunements. After a year, I then received my Craniosacral Practitioner certification. I am completing my Yoga Teacher Training (RYT-200hr) to expand my somatic movement and bodywork practices. I am also a certified Biological Decoder, a term for a modality which relates trauma and emotions with physical disease.

           Now, I am honored to offer Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Quantum Healing (my unique offering), and Sound Bath Meditation in the Dallas area and online, where I can serve as a guide and connect with others on their own healing journeys.​

          I’d describe one-on-one sessions as a sacred dance between you and the universe; every session has a unique flow and creates a deeply spiritual experience.​ I hold the torch of wellness for all who are ready, exchanging energy and wisdom for our recovery of the mind, body and soul.

          I will always ensure I listen with my heart, heal with an open mind, and support souls with strength and intuitive compassion.
